"Omakase by Walt" is a japanese sushi bar, hidden in the center of Ibiza town. Behind its ten-seat wooden bar, Walter offers an Edomae-style tasting menu, prepared in front of the customer, in a very private atmosphere. Each one of his dishes is the result of a very cared selection of the ingredients: seasonal products mixed respecting the traditional techniques, adding a personal touch. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner. The experience will last approximately two and a half hours. The reservation will be confirmed by payment of a deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the dinner time are non-refundable. For groups of 5 or more, we request cancellation 1 week before the reserved day, otherwise no refund will be made. In case your group number decreases, the full price of the menu per person will be charged.
